Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule the overall installation/service of equipment based on specifications and guidelines provided, ensuring the right resources are in place to meet targets dates.
- Supervise and schedule projects/service crews, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the work to be done and ensure they meet the target dates.
- Go on-site to certain farm projects as needed.
- Manage communication flow between the Sales representative and the service crew.
- Enforce health and safety policies. Report job status to management and sales representatives on a regular basis.
- Receive service requests from customers, prioritize jobs and adjust schedules accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Experience with management and scheduling of service/install crews.
- Project management experience an asset.
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem solving skills.
- Experience with agricultural equipment and the dairy industry is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to provide high quality work in a fast-paced environment in time-effective manner.
- Must have strong organization, prioritization and time management skills Valid drivers license with a clean driving record required.
